Attachments - Rainbow Rowell

So after several books about suicide, depression and the worst things life can throw at you, I picked up a romance. I should preface this by saying I don’t usually enjoy romance at all, but I needed a pick me up.

Which is pretty much what this book is. It’s a unique and interesting concept, but at the end of the day it’s boy meets girl goodness. Fluffy candyfloss goodness that you melt into. It does dip in the middle, where I started to get bored as the plot doesn’t develop much. But I enjoyed the characters, throw back references to the 90s and general cuteness.

It’s a must for any romance fans, and anyone that needs cheering up.
